Adelbert Cronkhite (b. Jan. 5, 1961, N.Y.-d. June 15, 1937), U.S. Army officer, stationed at Camp Lee and in the A.E.F., commanding the 80th U.S. Division from September 1917 to May 28, 1918. He also saw service on British front, St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne during World War I. He retired from Army service on February 1, 1923.
